Assistant Sommelier

At least 3 years' sommelier experience in a 5-star hotel or renowned restaurant

Coordinate property wine program in support of beverage department and restaurant operations

Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food and beverage combinations

Constantly interact with guests, exposing them to our wine experience

Maintain current and accurate wine information on the wine lists

Manage wine cellar arrangement and maintain its tidiness
