RFP & Proposal Specialist – BioPharma

Qualifications

Minimum of two years’ experience with the RFP process, including scoping, requesting proposals, contributing technical input, and preparing or responding to RFPs and technical proposals within BioPharma, Medical Device, or similar laboratory testing environments.

Strong understanding of laboratory testing services, matrices, and analytical techniques.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills—clear, concise, and focused.

Proficiency with Microsoft productivity applications (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Planner) and document management applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Proficiency writing and working with complex Excel functions.

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with overtime as needed.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented

RFP Responder

within our Quoting Team to create compelling proposals for high‑impact customers. This highly visible role works closely with our Business Development team and collaborates across multiple departments to gather technical information, develop accurate pricing, and deliver polished, timely RFP responses for our largest customers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate responses to RFPs, RFIs, quotations, and client‑supplied spreadsheets.

Identify applicable testing for various matrices and determine responsible departments.
