Product Manager

2+ years of experience in product management, product operations, consulting, business integration, or a related role – including PE-backed or high-growth operational environments.

Direct product management experience is not required; what matters is a track record of using technology to achieve business outcomes.

Demonstrated experience leveraging technology – software, platforms, or data – to solve operational problems, improve workflows, or drive measurable business results.

Active use of AI as a force multiplier in your current work – using AI tools to increase personal output, accelerate analysis, and improve decision quality.

Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs and apply data to prioritization and decision-making.

Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing quality.
