Requirements

6\u201310 years of progressive HR experience

, with time spent in an HRBP or HR Generalist capacity.

Experience in

healthcare, life sciences, medical device, or a regulated industry

is preferred.

Comfort operating in a matrixed, high\u2011growth, or fast\u2011paced organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to understand business goals and align talent strategies that support team performance and organizational effectiveness.

Provide coaching and practical guidance to managers on performance, development, team dynamics, and employee relations.

Support organizational design discussions, workforce planning needs, and capability assessments.

Use employee listening insights (surveys, feedback, exit themes) to help shape engagement and culture priorities.

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring needs, job design, and selecting high\u2011quality, diverse talent.

Support the execution of HR programs including performance management, compensation cycles, and development initiatives.
