Responsibilities

Ignite Human Capital is seeking an experienced Talent Consultant to support a leading engineering consulting organization through an embedded Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagement.

This consultant will serve as a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for attracting, engaging, and delivering engineering, sustainability, technical, and corporate talent across multiple offices and business units.

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts from intake through offer acceptance.

Develop strategic sourcing plans for difficult-to-fill engineering and technical positions.

Build talent pipelines within Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), Sustainability, Energy, and Building Systems disciplines.

Perform market mapping and competitive intelligence analysis across engineering consulting firms.
