Requirements
5+ years of experience in UX research, preferably in B2B SaaS or complex technical products.
Strong mixed-methods chops: comfort designing and running both qualitative studies (interviews, usability tests) and quantitative research (surveys, analytics).
Experience researching AI products, agents, or emerging technologies — or genuine curiosity and interest in these areas.
Systems thinking: track record of building scalable research practices and translating insights into frameworks that guide product strategy.
Bonus: experience with workflow automation tools, or technical products involving APIs/MCP.
Responsibilities
Lead mixed-methods research:
Design and execute studies using interviews, surveys, usability testing, analytics, and behavioral data to answer critical product questions.
Partner with cross-functional teams:
Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to identify research needs and translate findings into actionable insights.
Drive strategic initiatives:
Own research for key product areas like AI/agents, enterprise features, and emerging technologies, influencing roadmap decisions.
