Public Areas Supervisor

At least 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment

Possess working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office, HotSOS and other operating systems

High school diploma or equivalent

Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, English being an advantage

Responsible for the operations and maintenance of Public Areas

Manage the performance of Public Areas Attendants and Public Areas Technical Team, and ensuring the highest level of service is provided to Hotel guests, members and other customers

Inspect Public Areas and back-of-house areas routinely throughout the day as per established department standards, consistent with the MGM Company’s standards and brand attributes
