Responsibilities
\u2022 Perform all aspects of maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
\u2022 Complete service requests promptly and professionally
\u2022 Oversee apartment turns, including repairs, painting, and unit readiness
\u2022 Maintain grounds, pool, and common areas to company standards
\u2022 Coordinate vendors and contractors when needed
\u2022 Monitor inventory and order supplies
