Contractor - Career Technical Education Instructional Designer

Proficiency with LMS platforms (Canvas, Google Classroom, etc.) and digital content tools

Knowledge of accessibility, UDL, and best practices in online and blended learning

Previous experience designing CTE courses in areas such as Business, IT, Health, Construction, Aviation, or Education pathways

The annual starting salary for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 per hour with work limited to up to 40 hours per week unless otherwise approved. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This role partners with subject matter experts (SMEs), teachers, and school leaders to create engaging, standards-aligned curriculum that prepares students for college, careers, and industry certifications.

The Instructional Designer ensures that all courses are learner-centered, accessible, and optimized for both online and blended learning environments.
