Responsibilities
As the founding Sales Development Representative at Correlation One, you will play a critical role in driving our enterprise growth across the United States and EMEA. You will engage senior leaders in Talent, Learning & Development, Diversity, Data, and AI functions at large enterprises to generate qualified opportunities that fuel revenue and expand our impact.
You will own outbound prospecting for US-based companies, including Fortune 500 organizations, building strategic, multi-threaded relationships with decision-makers. Your work will directly influence Correlation One’s ability to partner with leading employers to close critical AI and data skills gaps.
This role requires both discipline and creativity: you will develop and refine systematic prospecting processes, test messaging, leverage engagement data, and continuously optimize your outreach strategy. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure Correlation One remains at the forefront of enterprise AI workforce transformation.
