Specialist, SEO & Website Optimization

What is the ideal profile for this position?

2 to 3 years of experience in SEO, web content, or digital marketing, ideally in a multi-site or franchise environment

Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page and technical) including metadata, content structure, and internal linking

Experience working with CMS platforms and analytics tools such as

Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Google Search Console

Ability to analyze website performance and translate insights into actionable optimization recommendations

is responsible for creating, optimizing, publishing, and maintaining content across Bath Fitter’s brand and franchise websites. This role combines SEO execution, web content optimization, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to continuously improve organic visibility, user experience, and lead generation within a multi-site and franchise network environment. The specialist works closely with marketing, design, analytics, and franchise stakeholders to ensure website content and structure support both brand consistency and digital performance.

Create, publish, and maintain website content for both brand and franchise websites within CMS platforms

Apply SEO best practices to optimize page visibility, content structure, and internal linking
