Requirements
Excellent knowledge of Sales Force software and most common CRM programs
Capability to organize processes and agencies, creating links and coordination between all the actors involved.
5+ years of experience in similar positions, CRM or growth marketing roles
Automotive and international experience is a plus

Responsibilities
Define and support the consumer journey, from discovery to purchase and delivery, planning and executing meaningful contact points for fans, prospects, leads and clients.
Build a lead nurture program to keep existing leads, clients and prospects engaged with the Lucid brand, and progress them along the consumer journey with personalized content and communications.
Ultimately this program should become an automated marketing program.
Collaborate with digital and the communication teams to create the right creative assets and copy.
Support the experiential and growth marketing team in generating leads and prospects for field activations (pop up, test drives, events) and help create the right (automated) emails before and after events.
Develop and maintain a regular reporting system on KPI, with particular attention on conquest, conversion and retention cost and effectiveness (ROI).
