Skill/Job Requirements:
To qualify for this position, a candidate must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline and 6+ years’ experience (or Master’s degree with 4+ years’ experience).
Proven experience in test automation, software development, or software test.
Proficiency in writing code in at least one programming language and ability to ramp up quickly on other languages as needed.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools/frameworks.

Responsibilities
This position requires an individual with strong technical and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with highly technical peers, and the capability to manage work load among multiple priorities. The primary focus of the position is on developing test automation using an established test automation framework for formal verification and validation of Ion software. The role will also include hands on verification/validation, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and formal design control documentation.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated tests methods and test protocols for software applying to complex medical device software.
Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks and scripts.
Collaborate closely with developers and other QA members, driving continuous improvements in our testing processes and results.
Influence and negotiate with software developers to deliver important interfaces between test automation and product software.
