Staff Electrical Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

10–15+ years of experience in power systems engineering, generation, or utility-scale electrical design.

Demonstrated leadership in:

Electrical system architecture

Generator control and integration

Construction documentation standards

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for power systems, generator integration, and electrical controls.

Define and approve electrical system architectures for modular and scalable power plants.

Lead and approve complex construction drawing packages and engineering deliverables.

Author, approve, and maintain corporate electrical standards, specifications, and design guidelines.

Lead advanced power system studies and protection philosophies.

Provide final technical authority for generator control and interconnection strategies.
