Driving Required

This includes monitoring the site’s facilities and grounds for any concerns, building rapport with participants to engage them in maintaining safety at the site, and providing assistance and support when crisis situations arise. This position follows the established low-barrier guidelines to create a safe and stable environment for program participants, providing direct client services, including harm reduction support, and ensuring

access to needed supplies.

Assist with ensuring the overall safety of the interim housing site using observation, de-escalation strategies, and ongoing participant engagement

Coordinate with the onsite case management team to provide support to the interim housing site

Coordinate with contracted security agencies (if applicable) to ensure the safety of the interim housing site.

Conduct regular rounds of the interim housing site and facility grounds and communicate and observed discrepancies or concerns.
