Responsibilities
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for roles across Business teams through research, outreach, and market mapping
Identify and engage passive candidates using creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound applications
Track candidate activity and maintain organized workflows using tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, and sourcing platforms
Test and refine outreach messaging and sourcing approaches to improve candidate engagement and response rates

The Business Talent Acquisition team partners with non-technical organizations such as Financial Operations, CX, Corporate, Marketing, and Product, to hire the talent needed to support and scale Robinhood’s operations. The team works closely with hiring leaders to plan hiring efforts, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a consistent and thoughtful hiring process. You’ll contribute to a team that values clear communication, strong partnership, and continuous improvement in how we hire!
As a Business Sourcer, you will focus on identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of candidates across a range of corporate roles. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and generate high-quality candidate pipelines. You will play a key role in early stage candidate engagement while helping improve sourcing approaches and workflows over time. This role offers the opportunity to support both immediate hiring needs and long-term pipeline development across business teams.

This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
