Requirements
Experience supporting R&D organizations within SaaS environments, with a strong understanding of Engineering and Product cost drivers
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to build financial models and translate outputs into actionable business insights
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple priorities with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely
Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and NetSuite; proficiency in Google Workspace required. Experience with data visualization tools is a plus

This is a highly visible role and a key finance partner to our R&D and G&A organizations (including Finance, Legal, IT, and Security). Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, you will deliver data-driven analysis and decision support that help leaders allocate resources effectively, strengthen forecast reliability, and operate with greater financial discipline.
