Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis, able to stabilize noisy environments.
Endpoint management and MDM, Intune preferred.

Lead end user IT operations across EMEA.
Own service quality, asset lifecycle, and operational readiness.
Run a reliable remote support model that integrates with the global follow-the-sun IT setup.
Own EMEA IT service delivery.
Drive intake, triage, escalation, and closure with clear user updates.
Lead and coordinate a distributed support model.
