Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for driving toward a future where every Canadian can achieve financial security in retirement. Today, people working for small and mid-sized employers are left to build retirement savings on their own—this leads to inefficient savings and poor outcomes. You will work on cross functional teams to deliver a trusted, and comprehensive retirement offering that supports members from their first contribution to their last withdrawal. Your work will directly contribute to creating better retirement outcomes and a more inclusive financial future for all.

Own the post-sale client experience from deal close through long-term partnership

Partner with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff and onboarding

Build trusted relationships with employer and advisor stakeholders

Lead employer onboarding, including kickoff meetings and onboarding check-ins
