Responsibilities
You'll partner directly with executives and hiring managers to attract top talent at every level, from individual contributors to Director.
You'll be a trusted advisor to senior leaders — pushing back when the situation calls for it and building sourcing strategies that consistently deliver diverse, high-caliber talent.
Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies across platforms, events, and outreach to attract diverse talent
Challenge assumptions with confidence, using market data and insights to drive better hiring outcomes
