Responsibilities

The Student Success Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting students from onboarding through graduation, with a primary focus on retention, certification completion, and academic persistence.

Success in this role is defined by your ability to engage students consistently, remove barriers, and drive measurable outcomes.

You’ll manage a caseload of students and work cross-functionally with academics, admissions, and student support teams in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment.
