As Sr. Manager, HRIS at Conga, you sit at the intersection of technology, data, and people strategy. You will own and optimize our Workday HCM ecosystem—turning complex HR data into clean, trusted insights that power decisions across the business. This isn’t just system administration; it’s about building the scalable, frictionless infrastructure our People Team needs to deliver against Conga’s mission to drive double-digit growth.
You will partner closely with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, People Partners, HR Ops, Payroll, Finance, and IT—acting as the connective tissue that translates strategic priorities into efficient, accurate, and automated processes. You bring technical depth in Workday alongside the project management chops and collaborative mindset to execute at the speed Conga moves.
