Requirements
3-7 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, financial analysis, or a related role.

Responsibilities
Perform detailed underwriting of potential acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
Assess potential real estate acquisition opportunities by analyzing market trends, property performance, and investment potential.
Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including site visits, reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with third-party consultants.
Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the industrial real estate sector.
Develop and maintain financial models to support acquisition decisions, including cash flow projections, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of acquisition strategies.
