Requirements

5-6+ years experience in product management, product design or equivalent consulting experience

Passion for micromobility and what we are trying to achieve in sustainable urban transportation

Experience developing and deploying end to end hardware products is a plus, but not required

Experience with micromobility vehicles and platforms is a plus, but not required

Be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products

Experience leading post-launch optimizations including developing testing and product improvement strategies is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Lead and align cross functional partners and teams: engineers, operators, designers, data scientists, marketers, and business partners to drive a shared vision for new station hardware products, and ongoing sustaining work on in-market products

Understand Lyft's strategic and competitive position in order to set team goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with Lyft's mission and drive maximum impact based on data analysis, market research and usability studies

Identify and resolve systemic product issues impacting Lyft markets and customers and aggressively take action to resolve

Communicate clear roadmaps, priorities, experiments and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executives

Represent Lyft in external forums and with customers to drive adoption of our products

Work closely with counterparts in software product management, program management, and other related functions to develop best-in-class, cohesive experiences for riders, operators, and cities
