Manager, SAP Development & Integration

10 + years of SAP technical experience

Hands-on experience with  ABAP development and SAP integration

Minimum 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation (brownfield or greenfield) in a technical leadership capacity.

5 + years of  people management experience leading multi-discipline SAP technical teams.

Experience governing an AMS or SI partner relationship, including quality standards and SLA accountability.

Proven ability to manage delivery in a hybrid landscape where legacy and modern platforms coexist.

The salary range for this role is

is  $160,000 - $185,000

(Annually).  Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, and candidate skill set and experience. Base pay is just one component of Jack Link’s Total Rewards package for Team Members. Other rewards may include annual incentive and program-specific awards. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with platform governance—partnering with IT and business stakeholders to prioritize work, manage technical debt, and introduce modern SAP and integration capabilities that improve productivity and reliability.

The position is responsible for driving S/4HANA development, BTP Integration Suite buildout, while also providing people leadership and capability governance for Data Engineering (SAP Datasphere) and Testing through domain leads.

ABAP Development Leadership & Delivery

Own ABAP development standards, code review governance, and technical design approval to ensure secure, maintainable solutions.

Lead S/4HANA and BTP ABAP delivery (RAP/CAP) and Fiori extension work aligned to roadmap priorities.
