Required:

3+ years of experience in full-lifecycle recruitment, preferably in the Construction industry.

Proven success recruiting high-volume craft and technical talent.

Able to self manage and develop independent sourcing strategies.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Experience successfully delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has successfully recruited construction craft, trades, functional, and technical skillsets in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Develop and maintain top construction pipelines and utilize those networks to attract top talent.

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment strategies.

Strategically source, screen, and assess candidates for qualifications and suitability.

Primary focus on high volume recruiting within the electrical/mechanical construction and industrial fields.
