Requirements
Basic understanding of integrated operations and regulatory compliance associated with nuclear or other highly regulated facility, demonstrating the relationships of operating principles, standards and controls, regulations, and programmatic requirements
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and learning management system tools.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement novel, efficient methods while meeting regulatory or other required compliance commitments.
Responsibilities
These training programs include operations, maintenance, engineering and other regulatory required training programs.
You will collaborate with stakeholders from across the business and from potential external training providers to design, develop, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of these training programs.
Plan and oversee training material development, approval, delivery (in-person and virtual), and revisions to ensure training is based on current, approved procedures, practices, and processes.
Initial facility start-up may require a combination of in-house and contract resources to meet the volume of trainees and timing of training delivery needs.
Maintain training records in accordance with established site requirements to ensure quality assurance program compliance.
Collaborate with department leaders and subject matter experts to identify knowledge and skill gaps.
