Requirements
Prior Medical Affairs or MSL experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics preferred
Technical expertise and the research ability to clearly explain complex genetic testing data and clinical products to oncology specialists
Experience establishing strong, collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external customers
Thrive and execute without rigid structure, operating with a sense of urgency to solve problems and advance clinical adoption
Use clear, straightforward language to communicate clinical evidence effectively without heavy jargon or corporate lingo
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain scientific relationships with oncology healthcare providers and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within a defined territory.
Deliver accurate, balanced, and clinically relevant education on Natera’s oncology molecular diagnostics and clinical data
Identify and communicate field insights, including oncology treatment trends, unmet clinical needs, and competitive dynamics.
Respond to unsolicited medical inquiries in a timely, compliant, and scientifically rigorous manner.
Support execution of Medical Affairs initiatives, including advisory boards and medical education programs.
Maintain an expert understanding of oncology disease states, clinical data, and the evolving diagnostics landscape.
