Reporting to the General Manager Business Integration, you will sit at the intersection of operations, data, and workforce strategy.

You will partner with General Managers, Regional Managers, and clinic leaders to embed consistent workforce planning practices, improve system capability, and provide meaningful insights that drive action.

From forecasting demand and modelling scenarios to improving rostering practices and reducing labour inefficiencies, you will directly influence how our clinics operate day to day.

Ultimately, your work will ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, supporting better patient care, stronger team experiences, and improved business outcomes.
