ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II

Experience with or ability to learn farm technology (computers, handheld devices/wand sows and other equipment, as necessary)

Familiarity with Bio-Security and swine production

Reliable method of Transportation Required

Assist with yearly heard audits

Monitor the accuracy of PigChamp reports (inactivity, flash, warning list, etc.) In line with what the Data Techs are providing for all of Colorado.

Troubleshooting computers, handhelds, wands as issues arise

Work with Manager to ensure all moments and audits get completed in the Amino System

Perform analysis to match inventory correctly

Assist Manager with all Data Tech Trainings
