As a key member of our team the Bellhop will be responsible for greeting guests and ensuring they have a positive and memorable first impression at the Resort. They will display a high-level of hospitality when opening doors to greet our guests, handling their luggage, and providing information about the facilities and services offered by the Resort. They will present themselves professionally when addressing the inquiries and needs of the guests. The Bellhop will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the physical needs of the position. They will work well in a team environment and ensure the guests have a seamless and memorable experience.

Your contributions to the team include:

Greet guests and ensure they have a positive first experience at the Resort.

Escort guests to their rooms and carry their luggage from the point of arrival to their rooms.

Assist guests if check in is delayed by providing knowledge and information about the facilities and services offered by the Resort.

Anticipate guest needs such as wheelchair assistance, holding umbrellas, and opening door.
