Responsibilities

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day janitorial operations for our client and ensuring a safe and professional work environment.

Lead and manage daily site operations to ensure all contractual and client standards are met

Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams

Manage inventory and supplies efficiently to control costs

Support project work, growth initiatives, or additional sites as needed

Provide occasional after-hours support (evenings/weekends) to meet operational needs
