Responsibilities
This is a strategic, execution-oriented position responsible for planning, acquiring, building, and operating every site True Anomaly will need over the next several years.
True Anomaly is entering a period of significant footprint expansion in 2026 and beyond — selecting and building out sites spanning offices, at-scale manufacturing, lab space, and field test sites.
This role exists to lead that expansion with rigor and urgency.
You will own the full lifecycle: portfolio strategy, site selection, lease and purchase negotiations, construction and buildout, and day-to-day facilities management across all locations.
You will report directly to the COO and serve as the single accountable owner for footprint strategy and operating discipline as we scale.
If you have led multi-site industrial or manufacturing expansion — and can build the function from the ground up while also running what exists today — keep reading.
