What’s Required

Associates degree in Business preferred, relevant experience would be acceptable in lieu of degree if the candidate has a minimum of five (5) years previous healthcare office experience.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).

Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.

A Day in the Life

Maintains confidentiality at all times.

Coordinates special projects with the EVS Department.

Contributes to the team orientation of new EVS co-workers. Is responsible for proper communication with all other departments as needed. Contributes to the team communications between MMC and our subsidiaries.

Motivates, encourages, praises, communicates, prioritizes, delegates and plans work flow throughout team members, other departments and Munson subsidiaries.

Determines and coordinates with shift manager’s priority of work activities in keeping with departmental goals and best interests.
