Compensation & Benefits

This position includes various levels within our career ladder. The actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the ranges shown.

Budgeted annual salary ranges:

Supervisor II: $51,000 to $57,000

Supervisor III: $60,000 to $71,600

Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee the day to day functions of a team of call center representatives.

You will teach, train, and mentor representatives in a fast-paced environment to ensure success and a quality customer experience.

This role will report to the Department Manager.

Review quality assurance reports, customer survey responses and error reports and provide coaching to representatives to ensure they are creating the expected customer experience

Identify trends and recommend appropriate solutions to improve performance and drive engagement
