Requirements
Experience:
5+ years in Financial Systems, Accounting Technology, or GL Management within a complex financial institution or Fintech.
Multicurrency Expertise
: Proven track record of managing balance sheets that span dozens of currencies and multiple legal entities.
The "Challenge" Mindset
: Ability to audit current manual processes and propose a superior automated architecture.
Responsibilities
This is a domain-heavy role. You will be the "source of truth" architect, ensuring that our systems handle complex FX logic at the posting level rather than through manual adjustments.
Daily Ledger Integrity
: Design and oversee the logic that converts transactional events into daily GL postings.
Projected Balance Sheets
: Build the capability for ALM to view a "live" balance sheet, allowing for intramonth hedging of FX exposure.
Multi-Entity & Consolidation:
About the Company
Your goal is to enable a
Projected Balance Sheet
updated on a daily basis. By mastering the flow of multi-entity, multi-currency postings, you will provide the ALM function with the data they need to make critical hedging decisions intramonth, protecting the group from currency volatility before the books are even closed.
