5+years of professional experience in automotive production, with expertise in achieving stable production processes and in-depth knowledge of production equipment and operations.

Knowledge about Conveyor systems in Assembly environment preferred.

Knowledge about integrating new equipment.

Strong Knowledge of GD&T.

Knowledge of CAD software such AutoCAD, Solidwork or others 2D or 3D.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $100,000.00 - $125,000.00

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components, ensuring they meet project specifications and industry standards.

Conduct detailed engineering analysis, including stress, thermal, and fluid dynamics simulations using software tools like AutoCad, Catia, SolidWorks, or similar.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers, to integrate mechanical systems with other disciplines.

Create and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Identify and implement design improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
