Facility Maintenance Specialist

Moderate level familiarity with operating computer related equipment and software.

The Facility Maintenance Specialist ensures all maintenance duties are completed and assists other facility maintenance personnel in the operation, maintenance, general upkeep and improvement of the building and grounds.

Ensure company vehicles are maintained and upkept.

Inspect and repair minor facility issues regarding electrical, plumbing, and lighting.

May assist with coordination of vendors for maintenance.

Assist in any inspections processes (fire, sprinkler, backflow, etc.).

Ensure building complies with fire inspection regulations.
