Typically 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent with experience in capital markets, investor reporting, structured finance, warehouse lending or investment banking.

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Responsibilities
Identifies, evaluates, and achieves strategic business opportunities through partnerships, lender finance, securitizations, new business initiatives, etc.
to achieve the organization’s financial performance goals as well as other organizational initiatives.
Leads projects and cross-functional teams in executing strategic capital markets initiatives
Responsible for developing, structuring and executing capital markets transactions
Responsible for developing and cultivating capital markets relationships and strategic partnerships
Responsible for developing a securitization / off balance sheet platform for the banks commercial and consumer assets
