Responsibilities
AI Process Innovation:
Develop and deploy AI-driven workflows to simplify high-impact tasks. This includes streamlining the RFP response process to increase win rates and automating administrative actions for Sellers and Account Managers to maximize their selling time.
Predictive Churn Management:
Build and maintain AI models to identify at-risk customers early, enabling the Sales and AM teams to proactively address challenges before churn occurs.
Salesforce & Tech Stack Optimization:
Serve as the primary operational owner of Salesforce. You will ensure data integrity and automate repetitive tasks to keep the sales team focused on high-value activities.
