Strong experience writing complex SQL (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar) - you pull your own data and self-serve your own answers in the data warehouse.
Marketing Analytics Depth:
Deep experience with analytics within a Marketing or Commercial function, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce or B2C environment.
You have demonstrably improved key marketing outcome metrics elsewhere - increased conversion, decreased CAC, improved ROI.
Ownership Beyond Analysis:
Experience owning decision-making off the back of analytics and executing against those decisions - not just producing dashboards.
