Minimum of 8 years' experience in test engineering.

Thorough understanding of engineering principles, especially in test engineering and test management.

Proven experience in designing and executing rigorous testing protocols.

Skillful in data analysis and comfortable in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Availability to travel for testing-related activities on an as needed basis.

Direct experience with UAS design or operational deployment.

As a Project Engineer, under minimal supervision, you will be lead test planning, logistics, and issue management, ensuring we are tracking our testing with accurate reporting, and closing out critical issues before releasing to the field

Define the test process to streamline workflows.

Support test process execution end-to-end (Requirements, Test Planning, Safety/Compliance Reviews, Test Readiness Reviews, Test Execution, Test Reporting)

Liaise with the Business Line capability leads, creating and updating the TE validation schedule across their programs

Manage software and integration test cases and plans of counter-UAS and counter-intrusion systems
