Sr Product Manager

Candidates must have a proven track record of successfully launching digital products to the market.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a product manager, preferably with a software development or technical background, helps understand the product lifecycle, development processes, and the challenges of bringing new products to the market (Required).

Experience working closely with product teams, designers, and engineers to deliver the highest quality user experience.

You can demonstrate your Product Management skills: Prioritization, discovery, analytics, negotiation, facilitation, ownership, and research.

Advanced experience with the Agile development process and a clear understanding of the digital product development lifecycle.

Lead the delivery process for multiple initiatives in parallel while working in cross-functional teams.

Provide leadership in product discovery for products in the 0 to 1 and growth stages, guiding the team in identifying opportunities and solutions.

Elaborate on a roadmap to help everyone understand where the product is going and be the vision keeper.

Write precise, efficient product specs, including transforming requirements into user stories that can be developed on the sprints.

Collaborate with other leaders on the team and work actively with stakeholders on the product strategy to drive outcome-oriented results.
