Requirements
5+ years of experience in financial systems, accounting operations, business analytics, and/or hospitality finance.
Experience working with ERP and financial reporting platforms such as JDE, ProfitSword, PMS or similar systems preferred.
Experience supporting multi-property or multi-business unit environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
This role oversees the reliability and efficiency of financial and operational systems across the organization.
Key responsibilities include leading system implementations, configuring financials for new properties, and integrating operational data into reporting platforms.
The position also acts as an internal change agent — streamlining workflows, removing roadblocks, incorporating known best practices, and improving financial reporting and decision-making.
This position reports to the Director of Revenue Assurance.
