Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $155,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. Responsibilities
iCapital is looking for a Vice President to join its Fund Finance Private Capital team to focus on Private Capital Fund Accounting and Administration duties.
This individual will work closely with other team members, vendors, senior management, and clients on a variety of accounting and reporting processes.
This role will report to the Managing Director, Fund Finance Private Equity.
Lead and manage a portfolio of private equity and hedge fund feeder funds.
Work with the Implementation teams with regards to new business and fund launches.
Review feeder fund draft documents (LPA/PPM) as well as underlying fund operational questionnaires prior to fund launch.
