Education & Experience Requirements

•    Prior guest service experience is preferred

•    Prior work experience in a restaurant is preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

•    Knowledge of company policies and procedures

•    Understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively

Work Environment & Physical Demands

•    Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time

•    Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces

•    Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50)

Position Summary

The Busser / Barback is responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant facility by clearing/wiping tables, stocking products, performing housekeeping functions and engaging with our guests to ensure their needs are met. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities

•    Responsible for following designated opening/closing procedures for the restaurant, to include housekeeping functions for restaurant, bar, and restroom areas
