Build and maintain diverse sourcing pipelines by leveraging multiple channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, internal talent pools, events, referrals, and outbound tools)

Share talent market insights (e.g., competitor mapping, location-specific supply, role trends) to influence sourcing strategy and prioritization

Use data to track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion trends to adjust hiring strategy as needed

As a Senior Product Sourcer, you will be on the front lines of finding and attracting top talent for high-impact roles across the organization. You will map target talent markets, identify high-performing professionals, and engage candidates who may not be actively looking but are motivated by meaningful work. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine candidate profiles, develop sourcing strategies, and build pipelines aligned to hiring goals.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA; Chicago, IL: or New York, New York office, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.
