Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in motion capture in production environments (games, film, or commercials).
Experience with performance capture.
Proficiency with at least one mocap software suite, Shogun or Blade.
Strong knowledge of Autodesk MotionBuilder.
Experience designing setups for remote/on-location shoots.
Familiarity with solving pipelines and video capture systems.

Senior Motion Capture Specialist
to join our team in the Boston hub as we continue to build the motion capture foundation for our upcoming projects!
This role is part of the Shared Development Services (SDS) group, meaning you will be embedded within a collaborative, cross-studio collective supporting multiple productions. As a Senior Motion Capture Specialist, you’ll play a key role in planning and executing mocap sessions and processing animation data across projects. You’ll work closely with a diverse team of artists, animators, and developers to bring believable, high-quality performances to life.
