Requirements
High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma and four (4) years of full-time direct care experience in behavioral health or
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in a related field OR a bachelor\u2019s degree in a non-related field with one (1) year experience preferred.
Must have 1 year of training or experience in vocational rehabilitation and support. Prior experience may be job development, job coaching, or supported employment.
Must have a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card by the AZ Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive one within eight (8) weeks of hire.
TB Test clearance required at the time of hire.
Must have reliable transportation, valid AZ Driver\u2019s License with state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain Copa Health\u2019s acceptable driving requirements.

Conduct vocational assessments to identify members\u2019 skills, interests, and employment goals.
Develop individualized employment plans in collaboration with the members, focusing on skill development, job readiness, and job placement.
Provide vocational counseling, coaching, and support to members in job search strategies, resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace behavior.
