The hourly pay range shown represents the base pay range for this position. Individual pay is determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, and market considerations. In addition to base pay, eligible team members may earn additional compensation through shift, weekend, holiday, on-call, and other applicable differentials. Assistant Educator – Early Childhood Education

provides support to Early Childhood Education team, providing care for infants through preschool aged children.

The Early Learning Center provides services to approximately 68 early learners ranging in ages from 6 weeks to 5 years next door to the Alfond Center for Health as well as our 40 Glenridge Drive location in Augusta.
